Summary
Integrated Data Asset for Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) issued for domestic buildings constructed, sold or let since 2008. This data has been matched to the Office for National Statistics (ONS) Reference Data Management Framework.
Description
This dataset is drawn from Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) issued for domestic buildings constructed, sold or let since 2008. It provides information on the energy efficiency ratings of domestic buildings during the energy assessment process. Covers England and Wales, collected from 31 March 2020 to 31 March 2022 at the building property level. It is a snapshot in time with one record per address and does not include changes over time. The dataset has been indexed as follows: to the Geography Index: on local authority, postcode and to the Address Index: on unique property reference number (UPRN). This dataset is a part of the Net Zero Integrated Data Asset. This asset contains Reference Data Management Framework IDs in place of identifiable information.
