It includes the following deliverables: People Counts by Age and Gender, People Counts Spend Power, Origin-Destination (OD) flows, OD Mode, OD Tours, UK Residents travelling abroad, International visitors to the UK.
Description
VMO2 in partnership with ONS will deliver the below datasets within the ONS Integrated Data Service(IDS). This dataset is based on anonymised and aggregated mobile network data from O2 users across the UK. It captures patterns of population movement and mobility by tracking device locations and associating each device with attributes such as age, gender, contract type, and billing address. Additional characteristics—such as home and work locations, lifestyle indicators, and areas of interest—are inferred from observed behaviour.
